  • Once Sharky Extreme gains access to the hardware itself, we will go ahead and perform some in-depth analysis and run our usual plethora of benchmarks. Until then, we'll leave you with a glimpse into the beauty of NVIDIA's GeForce 256 technology.

    It is a simple demo, consisting of one tree. Real-time sliders provide adjustments for the number and size of the leaves, the season of the year and even the fireflies humming between the branches. While "realism" right now hovers somewhere around the quality of a very expensive artificial tree with silk leaves and contact paper branches, if you squint just right, you can see the future.
